Account Manager – Reseller
Uneekor, Inc.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned reseller, distributor, and channel partners. • Build long-term, strategic relationships grounded in trust, joint planning, and mutual growth. • Build trusted relationships with reseller executives and key decision makers. • Coach and enable sales leaders to drive growth. • Work cross-functionally with reseller technical teams to ensure customer success. • Ensure alignment between Uneekor’s strategy and reseller business objectives. • Develop and execute reseller account plans to drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion. • Identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities including additional simulators, software subscriptions (AI Trainer, GameDay), and services. • Support reseller led opportunities such as multi-location studio rollouts, academy expansions, and commercial installations. • Manage renewals for software subscriptions, hardware upgrades, and service agreements through reseller partners. • Support deal strategy, pricing guidance, and complex opportunity execution. • Coordinate demos, pilot programs, and proof-of-concept initiatives with partners. • Act as liaison between resellers and Uneekor’s Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams. • Escalate and resolve partner issues impacting deal velocity, customer satisfaction, or adoption. • Provide structured feedback from the channel to inform product enhancements and GTM strategy. • Track reseller performance including pipeline, bookings, sell-through, renewals, and churn risk. • Analyze account and channel metrics to identify growth opportunities and risks. • Serve as a Uneekor brand ambassador within the reseller ecosystem. • Support reseller participation in trade shows, demo days, golf industry events, and partner summits. • Collect testimonials, case studies, and success stories from reseller-driven customers.
Job Requirements
- 3–7+ years in account management, business development, or sales, preferably in hardware and software or technology-driven businesses.
- Passion for golf or familiarity with sports / fitness technology is strongly preferred.
- Experience with simulator, coaching, or golf-retail customers is a plus.
- Proven track record of negotiating renewals, executing upsells, and driving customer growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence executive level stakeholders.
- Comfort working with customer data, usage metrics, and financials to build business cases and forecast revenue.
- Experience or interest in working with hardware and software products.
- Comfortable navigating technical conversations and coordinating with product teams.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline, track customer health, and forecast.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, growing company.
