Role Description This position will be focused on driving End User conversions throughout the region to the suite of ProDriven Global Brands and products, providing safety and product training to various internal and external customers throughout our Houston, Texas area. This is a remote-based position, working out of a home office when not traveling within the designated territory. The Jobsite Safety & Security Manager must reside within the region. Responsibilities - Learn, understand, and be a leading example of the ProDriven Brands ‘We Are One’ company values. - Implement strategies, communicate product knowledge, and conduct training to maintain a pipeline focused on meeting or exceeding regional sales objectives, conversion dollars, and other KPI for the region. - Establish and grow a network of Safety Directors, End Users, Distributors, and Regional Safety Personnel to drive sales across the region as well as the nation. - Establish and deepen relationships with top distributors stocking Werner Fall Protection, Climbing, and Jobsite. - Responsible for achieving the annual Regional End User Conversion Dollar target. - Develop and maintain the End User Opportunity Pipeline. - Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to align strategy. - Provide Safety and Product information – Subject Matter Expert and first POC for questions. - Promote the education and usage of our online training tools. - Support events throughout the year, communicating product knowledge and safety aspects of our products. - Lead regional teams with selling new product offerings, safety materials, and competitive comparisons. - Responsible for leading the regional EUS team, aligning strategy, evaluating and developing teammates, and leading the monthly huddle for the EUS team. - Conduct continual SWOT analysis within the region and develop a competitive strategy with the team. - Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities and requirements of the job. - Perform Essential Job Functions and Duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent work experience required. - Previous Sales experience. - Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA safety standards required. - Bilingual Spanish required. - 3 ~ 5 years of Direct experience required. - Intermediate level Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint skills. - Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills. - Fluency bi-Lingual capabilities in Spanish. - Strong Presentation Skills. - Leadership Skills. - Initiative (Self Starter). - Good Communication Skills – verbal and written. - Listening Skills. - Able to work as part of a team and independently. - Ability to sell a solution and drive revenue. Requirements - 60% ~ 70% travel domestically required. Salary Range $96,160 - $132,220. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skill sets, qualifications, experience, education, certifications, training, and location.
