Role Description We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Technology Manager to own and optimize our recruiting technology ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary owner and administrator of Talent Acquisition technologies, including the iCIMS Talent Cloud platform and Phenom CRM, ensuring these systems effectively support recruiting operations and deliver a strong candidate and recruiter experience. This position combines hands-on system administration with product-minded system management, requiring both tactical platform expertise and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements. The role will work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and external vendors to maintain system functionality, support integrations, and assist with future system enhancements and implementations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience working with recruiting technologies, system integrations, and HR technology platforms, along with a strong understanding of talent acquisition operations and workflows. Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition Technology Ownership - Serve as the primary system owner and administrator for Talent Acquisition technology platforms, including iCIMS Talent Cloud (ATS, CRM, Onboarding, Reporting) and Phenom CRM. - Manage day-to-day system configuration and administration to ensure platforms effectively support recruiting operations. - Maintain system workflows, user permissions, templates, notifications, and other platform configurations. - Monitor system performance and proactively recommend enhancements that improve usability and efficiency. - Manage and evolve the broader Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem and roadmap, including ATS, CRM, integrations, and third-party recruiting tools that support the hiring lifecycle. - Provide advanced system support to recruiters, hiring managers, and other platform users. - Platform Management & Optimization - Configure and maintain the iCIMS and Phenom platforms to align with evolving recruiting processes and organizational needs. - Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and best practices. - Support and maintain integrations between recruiting systems and enterprise platforms including HRIS, job boards, background screening providers, assessment vendors, and other third-party recruiting tools. - Troubleshoot integration issues and validate system data exchanges and assist with implementation of new integrations as the recruiting technology ecosystem evolves. - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and system usage. - Monitor data integrity and system accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal standards and data privacy requirements. - Technology Enhancements & Implementations - Support the implementation and rollout of new recruiting technologies, integrations, or platform modules as the TA technology stack evolves. - Participate in system implementations or upgrades including gathering requirements, supporting testing, and assisting with rollout. - Partner with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure smooth implementation of technology updates. - Support system upgrades, new feature releases, and configuration changes. - Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows through improved system configuration and automation.
