About the role Point is looking for a high-performing partnerships leader to help drive the next phase of growth in our servicing partnerships channel. This role is designed for someone who thinks like an owner, operates with strong commercial judgment, and approaches partnerships as long-term strategic growth levers rather than transactional sales channels. As Senior Partnerships Manager, Servicing, you will lead the development and expansion of mortgage and consumer loan servicer partnerships that accelerate adoption of Point’s home equity solutions and contribute directly to revenue growth. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of incentive alignment, distribution strategy, operational realities, and long-term partnership economics. The strongest candidates naturally think in terms of scalable distribution, conversion efficiency, revenue contribution, and enterprise adoption. They understand how to evaluate tradeoffs, identify second-order effects, and create commercially durable partnership structures that drive measurable business outcomes over time. You will work cross-functionally across Product, Growth, and Leadership teams to identify high-leverage opportunities, improve go-to-market alignment, and strengthen Point’s market positioning within the servicing ecosystem. Your responsibilities - Own and expand enterprise-level relationships with mortgage and consumer loan servicers to drive long-term revenue growth and scalable distribution. - Lead partnership opportunities end-to-end, from sourcing and negotiation through activation, adoption, and expansion. - Identify high-impact distribution opportunities by evaluating borrower economics, operational friction, retention dynamics, and commercial viability. - Develop partnership strategies that improve conversion efficiency, origination lift, and long-term value creation. - Build executive alignment and multi-threaded relationships across servicing organizations, including strategic sponsors and operational champions. - Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen go-to-market execution, improve activation strategy, and influence product direction. - Pressure-test assumptions, evaluate execution risk, and identify scalable partnership motions that create durable business impact. - Translate market insights, stakeholder feedback, and ecosystem dynamics into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes. - Create clarity in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives forward with accountability, prioritization, and sound judgment. About you - 2+ years of professional writing experience in content design, product design, UX writing, or a closely related field. - A portfolio that shows strong writing across multiple formats, such as product copy, emails, long-form, or marketing. - Active user of AI tools in your day-to-day work — you use them to draft, edit, research, and explore ideas. - Comfortable working with subject matter experts and incorporating feedback from many stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with grammar, tone, and consistency. - Curious about the customer — you want to understand who you're writing for, not just what to say. - Open to feedback and quick to iterate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving top-of-funnel sales activities by addressing daily needs and enhancing sales performance through effective goal setting, recognition, coaching, and mentoring. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will cultivate a culture of continuous learning by coordinating ongoing sales training sessions. You will handle the hiring and onboarding of new Account Managers/Sales Reps, serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional partners on sales-related initiatives, and develop and implement key sales initiatives to drive business growth. Your responsibilities - Day-to-Day Team Support - Review and manage team calendars daily to ensure sales coverage. - Work with Account Managers/Sales Reps to overcome complex homeowner scenarios. - Resolve homeowner complaints. - Performance Management - Establish monthly sales goals. - Monitor quantitative and qualitative performance by evaluating sales reports and listening to sales calls. - Provide coaching to Account Managers/Sales Reps who do not meet performance expectations. - Conduct 1:1s and team meetings. - Sales Training - Develop and implement monthly sales training plans. - Hiring & Onboarding - Interview and hire new Account Managers. - Guide new Account Managers/Sales Reps through the onboarding process. - Cross-Functional Support - Meet with cross-functional partners regularly to provide support on sales-related initiatives. - Sales Initiatives - Develop and implement strategies for call campaigns, including establishing call volume expectations, creating scripting, establishing SLAs, etc. - Optimize new and existing sales processes to increase the ease and productivity of your team while improving the customer experience. About you Location & Licensing - Must be a resident of Arizona. - Must have passed a mortgage broker’s test (section 6-908) and meet any related state compliance requirements. Experience - Minimum three years’ experience as a mortgage broker, or equivalent lending experience in a related business within the last five years. - 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on performance management for telephonic or inside sales teams. - Experience in Real Estate, Mortgage, or HELOC industries is strongly preferred. - Proven experience leading complex operational or strategic initiatives. Sales Leadership & Operational Skills - Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and drive operational improvements. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; able to prioritize and align outcomes with business goals. - Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams. - Effective in conflict resolution, fostering collaboration, and engaging stakeholders as needed. - Prior experience managing remote teams is a plus. Additional Requirements - Must be able to attend four onsite events per year (travel required). - Ability to obtain and maintain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license under SAFE Act/Regulation Z within 60 days of start date (company-sponsored).
