Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping our digital acquisition strategy and ensuring we keep our existing customers engaged and drive desired conversion action through on-going communication and outreach. You will manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, leverage data-driven insights, and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and analytics to optimize performance. This role requires a strategic and data-driven marketer who can translate complex performance metrics into actionable insights.   Your responsibilities - Campaign Execution: Manage the day-to-day execution of growth marketing campaigns across Paid Search (SEM),Programmatic, Online Video, and other relevant channels. Ensure campaigns are properly configured and optimized for performance and ROI. - Channel Optimization: Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and lifetime value (LTV). - Strategy Development: Work with the Head of Growth Marketing to develop, implement, and iterate on strategies that scale acquisition efforts while maximizing efficiency. - Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to derive insights from campaign performance and provide regular reporting on results. Ensure data accuracy and provide recommendations based on findings. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and overall marketing strategy. - High-Velocity Experimentation: Run experiments on new creative, targeting strategies, and bid optimization to continuously enhance campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities. - Budget Management: Assist with budget allocation across channels, ensuring that each dollar spent delivers maximum impact while staying within ROI constraints. About you - 5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, particularly Paid Search (SEM), Programmatic and Online Video. Experience in consumer finance is a must. - Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Trade Desk, and other platform-specific tools. Manager, Servicing Operations United States The Manager, Servicing Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the performing servicing team supporting Home Equity Investment (HEI) products. This role ensures high-quality customer service, accurate payoff administration, and effective handling of customer inquiries and escalations related to HEI contracts and servicing activities. The position leads a team of customer service agents and offshore support staff while ensuring servicing operations meet regulatory, operational, and customer experience standards specific to Home Equity Investments. In addition to operational oversight, the role is responsible for developing and managing servicing performance metrics, building reporting frameworks, and delivering operational insights to leadership. The Manager partners cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Compliance, and Servicing leadership to improve servicing processes, enhance the HEI customer experience, and ensure scalable servicing operations as the portfolio grows. Create and maintain standard operating procedures. - Salesforce Administration and Utilization: Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track inquiries, and generate reports. This includes staying up-to-date on Salesforce best practices and system updates. - Portfolio Oversight: Monitor the performance and operational health of the performing HEI portfolio, tracking key servicing metrics, payoff activity, and customer trends. About you - Experience & Operations - 5+ years in mortgage servicing, fintech servicing operations, or Home Equity Investment (HEI) servicing. - Strong understanding of servicing operations, including payoff administration, customer account management, and performance reporting. - 2+ years managing or supervising customer service or servicing teams, including offshore teams or third-party/subservicer relationships. - Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce. About you - 1+ years of experience managing a processing, curative, or mortgage operations team preferred. - 3+ years of experience in mortgage processing, title curative work, or equivalent background in real estate/HEI operations. - Strong knowledge of mortgage/title curative issues (e.g., tax liens, probate, trusts, divorce decrees) and resolution practices. - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams while balancing performance management and people development. - Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage large pipelines in a deadline-driven environment. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with customers and cross-functional partners. - Proficiency with G-Suite/Microsoft Office; experience in paperless workflows. - Experience working with Product/Engineering teams to design or enhance operational processes preferred. - High level of adaptability, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Role Description The Servicing Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of servicing activities within Point’s Servicing Team. This position involves analyzing and monitoring servicing processes, building actionable dashboards, creating and tracking performance metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize workflows. The role requires strong data analysis skills, deep knowledge of mortgage servicing and home equity investments, and the ability to partner with subservicers and internal stakeholders to drive measurable improvements. - Create, track, and monitor KPIs and SLAs for both Point’s internal servicing teams and external subservicers, ensuring performance aligns with strategic and regulatory expectations. - Drive initiatives with subservicers and key vendors to improve operations and the Homeowner experience. - Collect, analyze, and interpret servicing data from Subservicers and internal Point data to identify trends, gaps, and risks across processes, staffing, and performance. - Identify risks in the portfolio by monitoring mortgage delinquency, disaster events, and event of default activity, ensuring timely resolution and accountability across team tasks. - Translate insights into actionable recommendations and partner with internal teams and subservicers to implement improvements. - Forecast staffing models and operational needs using data-driven methodologies. - Develop and present reports to leadership and cross-functional teams, providing data-backed recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes. - Participate in process improvement initiatives, including SOP creation and updates, ensuring consistency and scalability across servicing functions. - Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality execution of initiatives, driving measurable performance improvements. - Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to improve servicing processes, enhance data models, and ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems. - Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards within Sigma to monitor servicing performance, identify trends, and present insights to stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - In-depth knowledge of mortgage servicing and/or servicing home equity investments. - Proven experience working with subservicers (RoundPoint, BSI preferred) and internal servicing operations. - Strong proficiency in Sigma (dashboard creation, reporting, and analysis) and other data analysis tools. - Demonstrated ability to create and manage KPIs and SLAs, analyze trends, forecast operational needs, and proactively address performance or staffing gaps. - Experience identifying portfolio risks through mortgage delinquency monitoring, disaster event tracking, and event of default oversight. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create actionable insights and influence decision-making. - Effective at presenting data-driven findings to stakeholders and driving organizational change. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in mortgage servicing. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with keen attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently when needed. - Familiarity with mortgage servicing systems and software is a plus.
