Role Description The Information Technology team at Rubrik influences business processes, employee experience, and technologies to scale our organization to $1B+. This team creates operational efficiency across the company by centralizing the management of Infrastructure, Technology, and Data. The IT team ensures all stages of the software development lifecycle in a secured environment and scrutinizes the deployment of proper processes along with governance. What you’ll do: - Provide day to day Salesforce support/bugfix to our end users - The single point of contact for all Salesforce needs on the GovCloud - The primary point of contact for the customer support team on all SFDC needs during PST hours - Support end users in data extractions, reports, KPIs and dashboards - Ability to do Unit Testing for bug fixes - Monitor and maintain the ongoing system integrations between Salesforce and other upstream/downstream applications - Working experience with third-parties to provide technical support, research, troubleshooting and be able to resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce functionality on new releases, customizations and integrations - Collaborate with cross-track teams to troubleshoot business system related issues Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development/admin - Experience in Sales and Service cloud - Experience with CI/CD Devops including using tools such as: Visual Studio Code, Git, Bitbucket and Jira - Ability to troubleshoot the Salesforce platform: sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, callouts, etc. - Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL - Good communication skill to work with global team - Experience in backend JavaScript is a plus - SOX or ITGC’s experience preferred - Experience in ticketing systems like JIRA - Ability to reprioritize tasks and manage time to deliver results on requests - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Requirements - This position carries special Security and Privacy Responsibilities for protecting the U.S. Federal Government’s interests: - Know, acknowledge, and follow system-specific security policies and procedures - Protect data and individual privacy per requirements and regulations - Perform ongoing activities in compliance with service and contractual obligations - Participate in role-based training, completing assignments on a timely basis - Report security issues promptly, and aid investigation when needed - Support controlled changes and vulnerability remediation activities - Work collaboratively with Information Security in designing, implementing, assessing or enhancing system-specific security and privacy controls Benefits - US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, Seattle) Pay Range: $122,600 — $183,800 USD - US2 (all other US offices/remote) Pay Range: $110,300 — $165,500 USD - Eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development/admin
- Experience in Sales and Service cloud
