Valorx
• Engage with clients to understand business needs and technical challenges. • Design and implement customized solutions using Valorx Fusion and Excel technologies. • Provide expert guidance on best practices for deploying and optimizing Valorx solutions. • Assist with solution configuration, integration, and troubleshooting. • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption. • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve product offerings based on customer feedback. • Ensure that implemented solutions align with client goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices. • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in solution implementation, consulting, or technical support
- 1+ years of experience with programming languages (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce and Excel (Must)
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer) are a plus
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
