Senior Marketing Design Specialist
Salsify
• Develop compelling graphics for a variety of mediums, including digital/websites, social, email, presentations, paid media, and print materials. • Prepare and deliver accurate, print-ready and digital-ready files for packaging. • Develop customer-facing presentations, using mostly Google Slides, in collaboration with sales or executives. • Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across projects. • Create reusable templates for consistent and efficient production workflows. • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Proficiency in Google Slides and PowerPoint, including animation, master slides, and advanced formatting.
- Experience with digital design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Familiarity with both digital production requirements and print production processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas effectively, and demonstrated accountability.
