Customer Experience Reporting and Analytics Analyst
DaVita Kidney Care
• Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for customer analytics • Write SQL queries to analyze data from multiple sources • Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights • Perform ad-hoc and exploratory analysis of customer, ticketing, and contact center data to identify trends and opportunities • Present findings clearly using Tableau, Excel, or PowerPoint • Support customer experience improvement initiatives through key metrics and insights • Manage multiple projects in an agile environment
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics-focused roles
- Strong Tableau dashboard development skills
- Solid SQL skills for querying, joining, and aggregating data
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Preferred Experience with NICE CXone or other contact center data
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Excel
- Familiarity with applying statistical or mathematical concepts in data analysis.
