Analytics Manager

• Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders • Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes • Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance • Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver • Improve business results by giving tactical & strategic business solutions via applying analytical skills using analytical data modelling against various supply chain problems • Provide analytics and certain degree of project management to the various projects and regular network capacity reviews for various BUs • Maintain current knowledge of modelling and analysis techniques and work on continuous improvement through networking with internal stakeholders and external professional organizations, vendors, and support forums • Build trust and credibility with different stakeholders to achieve common organizational goals and targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science
- Overall experience Logistics, Distribution, Production / Operations management, and/ or supply chain management (FMCG preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in applying analytical to solve business problems
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Guru/lyric or similar Supply Chain optimization tools is a must!
- Proven experience in reporting and managing projects with cross-functional and global stakeholders
- Stronghold in Visualization Tools (Tableau/Power BI) – Power BI Preferred
- Stronghold in Data Management and Processing Tools (Alteryx/R/Prep) - Alteryx Preferred
- Experience in Statistical analytical tools and projects may be advantageous

• Take ownership of service analytics and provide ongoing analytical support for product, marketing, and web teams • Work with existing data foundations, dashboards, and metrics, improving and scaling them where needed • Answer ad-hoc and recurring business questions related to product performance, marketing efficiency, and growth • Maintain and develop performance, ROI, and attribution analytics in collaboration with product and growth teams • Ensure data quality, metric consistency, and clear documentation for key dashboards and reports • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
