This role works closely with cross-functional teams to monitor change initiatives, support reporting, and ensure proper oversight of change management processes. This role supports the planning, monitoring, and sustainment of change initiatives while helping ensure that organizational changes are effectively implemented and maintained. Key Responsibilities - Participate in cross-functional change management initiatives and support readiness activities across multiple teams. - Assist in monitoring and managing change initiatives within the program pipeline to ensure proper oversight and governance. - Support the development and execution of change management plans and sustainment strategies. - Identify impacted stakeholders and assist in evaluating change impacts across business functions. - Create reports and presentations for senior leadership to communicate program progress and key insights. - Perform data analysis, validation, and reporting to support decision-making and program monitoring. - Support updates to program documentation, guidance materials, and training resources. - Assist with the change control process to ensure program updates are properly reviewed, approved, and implemented. - Monitor change adoption, identify resistance or risks, and support mitigation strategies. - Partner with leadership and stakeholders to communicate change initiatives effectively. - Ensure compliance with risk management and governance policies and procedures. - Provide business analysis and project support as needed. Qualifications - 3–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analysis. - At least 1 year of experience supporting change management or risk assessment programs. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to translate complex information into clear reporting and presentations. - Experience working with cross-functional teams. - Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision and follow through on assigned responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in banking, financial services, or regulated environments. - Familiarity with risk management and governance practices. - Experience supporting program oversight or operational reporting.
