• Conduct research and develop moodboards to express design direction and vision • Create thoughtful, on-brand web wireframes (preferably in Figma) • Develop pages directly in Webflow, from concept through launch • Own in-depth QA and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality execution • Build new landing pages and support new web initiatives • Make ongoing improvements and evolutions to our existing site • Push the envelope with modern layouts, interactions, and motion • Guide team members in using the CMS so content updates don’t rely on design support • Collaborate closely with Creative team members (designers and copywriters) on concepts and execution • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to workshop information architecture and narrative needs

• Own the design of LiveKit’s web surfaces (homepage, product pages, docs, and future experiences) • Create standout, interactive web experiences while building scalable systems and patterns • Partner closely with Marketing and Design teams to ship high-impact launches • Lead the design and experience across LiveKit’s web surfaces • Establish and maintain visual quality, patterns, and consistency

• Improve and optimize the Double the Donation website to support lead generation and conversion goals • Design and build high-performing landing pages for marketing campaigns, product education, and sales enablement • Redesign or revamp existing website pages to improve clarity, usability, and conversion performance • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaigns and messaging into effective web experiences • Partner with the sales team to ensure the website supports inbound leads, demos, and customer decision-making • Apply best practices in UX/UI, accessibility, and conversion-focused design across all web properties

• Translate client needs, user behaviors, and project requirements to develop prototypes, wireframes, style tiles, and design concepts that provide a great user experience and wow our clients. • Present and explain in a compelling manner the rationale for design decisions to clients. • Create clear development ready files, notations and style guides that are consistent and with attention to detail. • Translate complex behavioral data from Clarity and GA into actionable design strategies and insights; present data-backed sitemaps and journey maps that clearly communicate the rationale behind UX improvements. • Prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining a commitment to excellence across multiple projects at one time, and adapt working style to various project sizes, budgets and requirements.
