Your role at DynatraceThe Sales Enablement Manager – Global Sales Onboarding Programs is responsible for delivering and continuously improving onboarding experiences that accelerate new seller productivity, reduce ramp time, and strengthen sales effectiveness. This role is part of the global Sales Enablement organization and focuses on new sellers during their first several months in the role. New hires participate in an in-person Sales Bootcamp in Boston and remain in the onboarding program before transitioning into their long-term sales teams. This is a highly visible, in-person-driven role that requires strong sales credibility, executive presence, and the ability to confidently facilitate and lead groups. Must be based in the Boston area. Required to be in the office 2 days per week, and 5 days per week during onboarding class weeks (some flexibility). - Facilitate onboarding sessions both in person and virtually, including pre-class workshops, Sales Bootcamp, and post-class reinforcement - Lead engaging, interactive training sessions for new sellers across experience levels - Partner with sales leaders to ensure onboarding content aligns with go-to-market priorities - Evaluate onboarding cohorts, track performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvements - Contribute to onboarding materials, including presentation decks, learning modules, and enablement resources - Clearly communicate complex concepts in a way that earns trust and credibility with sales audiences - Present confidently to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners What will help you succeedMinimum Qualifications: - 5–7 years of professional experience in sales, sales enablement, or a related field - Prior sales experience strongly preferred, including direct exposure to quota-carrying roles - Demonstrated ability to establish credibility with sales professionals and leaders - Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to “run the room.” - Experience delivering training or enablement programs in both in-person and virtual environments - Passion for developing others and helping teams grow - Experience in high-growth B2B or SaaS environments Preferred Qualifications: - Bilingual skills (not required) - Sales Credibility: prior success in sales and carrying a quota ensures understanding of seller challenges and the ability to drive measurable impact. - Facilitation Expertise: Skilled in delivering engaging, interactive sessions both in-person and virtually, with the ability to manage, influence, and lead diverse audiences of varying experience levels. - Tech-Savvy Innovator & Thought Leader: expertise in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to drive better learning outcomes. - Thrives in Change: demonstrates agility and resilience in navigating shifts in business priorities and market dynamics. - Rejects ‘Business as Usual’: Brings fresh eyes, creativity, and innovation to every aspect of onboarding and enablement, challenging conventional approaches.
