Role Description We are looking for freelance account managers based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems. Your role is practical and high impact. You will: - Review and refine AI-generated responses and outputs related to account management scenarios - Evaluate outputs for accuracy, relevance to business needs, and real-world applicability - Draft realistic account management case studies, including client communications, solution recommendations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management - Assess AI reasoning in areas such as client engagement, account growth strategies, and relationship development - Identify gaps or misinterpretations in proposed strategies or communications - Create variations on scenarios from multiple perspectives, such as client, account manager, or team lead In summary, you will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects real-world account management standards, practices, and reasoning. Your work will help scale and advance the quality of AI systems working in business relationship and account management contexts.
