• Seek truth. Go onsite; shadow users; get user feedback; act as a user all in search of the truth. Use that knowledge to build the product vision. • Write detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications. • Spearhead the development and implementation of AI-driven agents for the logistics world by working closely with engineering, product design, and data science teams. • Oversee implementations with a few customers and devise implementation plans for scale deployment, including self-onboarding and self-serve help. • Work closely with the founders and commercial organization on go-to-market plans and pricing.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of product management or related industry experience.
- Experience building delightful software products for complex industries with a physical layer like logistics.
- Obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, build 0-1, and adapt in a rapid-growth startup.
- Proven experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide the team through key milestones.
- Showcase strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills, along with proven communication abilities.
- Insatiable curiosity, undying passion, and ownership to take on hard real-world problems.
- Must be willing to work full-time in San Francisco or Austin and willing to travel.

Role Description Tenna is searching for a Product Manager who will support our product vision and roadmap, while providing clear direction to a cross-functional team of Software/Hardware Engineers and Designers. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with Engineering to translate detailed concepts into features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
