Responsibilities - Manage daily office operations and support administrative functions. - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. - Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to documents. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel. - Monitor supplies and inventory, making recommendations for purchasing as necessary. - Support HR activities, including employee onboarding, record keeping, and maintaining personnel files.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
