Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management - Partner with your Recruiting Lead and TA colleagues to execute targeted recruiting strategies. - Juggle multiple hiring priorities with confidence, delivering strong outcomes across each. - Keep clients consistently informed with meaningful updates, market insights, and clear data points. - Build strong, collaborative relationships with HR, Operations, Compensation, and Resource Management. Recruiting & Sourcing - Draft and post compelling job descriptions that attract a diverse slate of talent. - Use a variety of sourcing methods—job boards, social media, networking, referrals—to engage high‑quality candidates. - Maintain clean, accurate data across the ATS and related systems. - Manage the full recruiting lifecycle with a focus on transparency, efficiency, and candidate experience. - Ensure candidates consistently receive an exceptional experience from first touch through offer. Talent Assessment - Learn and apply Huron’s interview framework to drive consistency and quality of hire. - Review resumes, assess qualifications, and evaluate candidate fit with clarity and fairness. - Conduct thoughtful recruiter screens, providing well‑written summaries and clear recommendations to hiring teams. - Facilitate productive interview debriefs that support confident, aligned hiring decisions. Communication & Professional Acumen - Communicate effectively with audiences at all levels, both verbally and in writing. - Demonstrate strong self‑awareness and sound judgment, elevating issues when needed. Required Experience - Authorization to work in the U.S. - Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Communications, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience—consulting, corporate, professional services, or executive search. - Strong change agility and the ability to manage competing priorities. - Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and partner with individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and Boolean search. The estimated base salary range for this job is $70,000- $90,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $78,400-$106,200. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
