Description Drive the full-life recruitment cycle within and across our identified business units. Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the country to clarify hiring needs for open requisitions, learning their business basics to support your work in filling open positions. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates across the country to build our employer brand. Communicate in a friendly, professional, and inclusive manner with colleagues and candidates. Schedule and participate in interviews, prep meetings, and feedback meetings. Team with other HR members to ensure that all hiring processes are compliant with company and regulatory policies. Partner with managers, candidates, HR, and local office administration to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration process. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
