Role Description Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to help build the teams that power our communities. This is not just a recruiting role. It’s a high-impact position responsible for sourcing, screening, guiding, and onboarding team members across our growing portfolio. You will serve as the strategic partner to hiring managers while protecting candidate experience, compliance standards, and hiring performance metrics. Remote employee, must live in Eastern or Central time zone. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience (multi-site or high-volume preferred) - Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes - Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with employment law and compliance standards - Highly organized and able to manage shifting priorities - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leaders and candidates - Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing recruiting metrics Requirements - Source, evaluate, and present qualified candidates for a variety of clinical, operational, and leadership roles - Guide candidates through pre-employment processes including offer letters, background checks, and onboarding coordination - Maintain compliance with all employment laws and pre-employment requirements - Ensure data accuracy within the ATS and HCM systems - Monitor recruiting metrics and provide reporting to leadership - Deliver a professional, responsive, and engaging candidate experience - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and improve hiring outcomes - Conduct goodwill check-ins with new hires during their first 90 days - Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting performance Benefits - 3 weeks PTO each year - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - 6 paid holidays - Bonus Opportunities Company Description Claiborne Senior Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all qualified individuals are considered without regard to legally protected characteristics.
