About the Role The Implementation Specialist (IS) will work with Program Solution accounts outlining plans for implementing Nursing & Health Education products into their programs. This role identifies important milestones at the account and builds the implementation process into a timeline. The IS works with internal partners and the sales team to deploy resources accordingly and have a clear understanding of the roles that all team members play in the implementation process. They will work in direct contact with the customer and internal teams to ensure that process timelines and deliverables have been met and pivot on deliverables as needed. The Implementation Specialist reports internally on all projects in process and provides timely updates to managers and internal teams. The goal for the Implementation Specialist is to leave the customer confidently using Elsevier’s digital products and build an ongoing training plan for new faculty using our products moving forward at the institution and transition the implementation plan to the Enterprise Customer Success Manager and into steady state for post Implementation. Responsibilities - Establish training plans for Program Solution customers. - Set Implementation schedule and timeline to fit account calendar. - Track and maintain team deadlines for Implementation. - Work to collaborate with internal partners to establish curriculum needs and deploy resources for successful program launch of Elsevier Digital products. - Builds account product usage tools to establish a framework of Elsevier digital products and their use within the curriculum. - Identify “at-risk” customers and collaborate to give insight into action plans. - Implements the plan for the Program Solution accounts that will hold accountable the faculty and program administration for a product optimization plan that is ready for hand-off to the Enterprise Customer Success Manager bringing the account to full steady state. - Manage Curriculum Solution process tracking to completion. Qualifications - Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree - Experience in Nursing Education in higher education preferred - 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Project Coordination, Customer Success, Customer Service or other Customer-facing roles - Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with above average skills in self learning, prioritization, organization, and time management - Possess effective interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a proven track record of success - Demonstrate excellent collaborative skills and a teamwork orientation - Ability to communicate effectively across multiple formats via phone, email, webinar and in person - Experience with Excel, Microsoft Project or Trello a plus - Be able to consistently meet deadlines - Have a high-energy, positive, “can-do” attitude U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $74,900 - $124,700.
