Senior Workday Engagement Manager/Associate Director

Job Description The Engagement Manager will be an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology. They will lead/manage mid to large deployments and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. They will also support executive level expectations by providing internal suggestions to management, based on field experience, as to how to potentially enhance the Workday Deployment Methodology at PTG. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Expertise in Workday's Implementation Methodology - Understanding of the Workday product suite - HCM, Payroll, Financials, and/or Student - Manage 2 large, or 4+ medium enterprise Workday full platform product implementations in the Project Manager role - Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed - Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns - Provide guidance and mentoring to Consultants working on their implementations - Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes - Ensure the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW - Present client with change orders in the event they're asking Workday to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW - Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings - Ensure Workday compliance and scorecard updates are completed - Assist in the transition of the customer from professional services to product support - Ensure the client can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation - Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate a delivery approach, and develop a proposal/SOW - Identify opportunities to position other service offerings - Mentor other project managers and develop tools and templates to support projects - Support the Workday Practice Operations as needed - Provide oversight to various projects as needed Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in implementation experience as a project manager with HCM, Payroll, and Financials. - 4+ years as a Workday Engagement Manager at a Partner Consulting firm - Led multiple Workday platform implementations from start to completion, preferably within the public sector - Workday Local/State/Agency government implementation experience is required. Higher Education experience is a plus. - Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office

Role Description Within the Accounting function at BenchPrep, you'll play a pivotal role in our finance team. Your focus will be on maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll contribute to budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements, supporting our financial health and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting, along with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively across the organization.
