Role Description The A360 Client Project Manager is core to delivering successful projects & results to our external clients & will manage our internal project team members to drive Accelerize 360’s client projects forward to a successful Go Live. Our Client Project Managers will also play a crucial role in supporting defining, implementing and enforcing Project Management standards & PMO within our professional services organization. The person qualified for this role must be effective in juggling multiple fast-paced engagements, and at the same time establish a trusted partner relationship with A360's customers. You will deliver projects using A360's methodologies and governance practices defined by the PMO and demonstrate exemplary verbal & written communications skills with external clients at all levels including executives and CxO's. You will work closely with our clients to translate project objectives into achievable timelines while utilizing a hybrid Agile Scrum methodology and ensure the client achieves value from their Salesforce investment; understand their businesses, overall goals, objectives, pain points, areas of opportunity, the definition of success, etc. and seek a clear understanding of how success will be measured in the engagement.
