Role Description As an Integration Consultant, you derive (or further clarify) requirements from customers, design Solutions in collaboration with the Integration Architect and take ownership of having those Solutions executed by the Developers. You will take the Lead role for analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing more complex applications, as well as providing production support, meeting defined scope, target dates with minimal or no defects. As an Integration Lead/Senior Developer, you will be responsible for clarifying requirements, designing robust integration solutions (in collaboration with IA), and overseeing their execution. This role involves hands-on analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex applications, specifically utilizing expertise in Informatica ETL and MuleSoft Integrations. You will also provide production support, ensuring solutions meet defined scope and target dates with minimal or no defects. Qualifications - Informatica Certified Professional (PowerCenter, IICS, or MDM) required; Informatica Architecture Specialist or Cloud Data Integration certification highly preferred. - Deep consulting background with a proven track record of designing and delivering high-performance ETL architectures, MDM solutions, and complex data integration strategies. - Demonstrated expertise in building scalable, secure, and resilient data pipelines leveraging IICS or PowerCenter, with a specific focus on Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, and entity resolution. - Proven experience in implementing Informatica MDM (Multidomain or SaaS), including data modeling, match/merge rule configuration, and integrating MDM hubs with downstream/upstream systems via APIs or ETL. - Extensive experience managing multiple enterprise-level clients or workstreams simultaneously, ensuring technical excellence across diverse data and master data ecosystems. Requirements - Deeply understand client business needs and translate them into scalable, secure ETL solutions, Master Data Management (MDM) hubs, and high-volume data pipelines, primarily leveraging Informatica (IICS/PowerCenter/MDM SaaS) with supporting MuleSoft API connectivity. - Translate complex client requirements into resilient architectures, strategically choosing between Informatica for data-heavy workloads, MDM for multi-domain data mastering, and MuleSoft/Boomi for real-time application integration. - Lead the end-to-end implementation of integration solutions and MDM deployments, ensuring strict adherence to global architectural standards, data governance protocols, and ETL/iPaaS best practices. - Deconstruct complex integration flows and MDM match/merge logic into actionable development tasks; oversee the engineering lifecycle to ensure efficient delivery and provide technical "unblocking" when the team hits architectural hurdles. - Act as the primary technical consultant for the client, driving high-level design workshops, data modeling sessions, system demos, and architectural steering committee calls. Role Description The A360 Client Project Manager is core to delivering successful projects & results to our external clients & will manage our internal project team members to drive Accelerize 360’s client projects forward to a successful Go Live. Our Client Project Managers will also play a crucial role in supporting defining, implementing and enforcing Project Management standards & PMO within our professional services organization. The person qualified for this role must be effective in juggling multiple fast-paced engagements, and at the same time establish a trusted partner relationship with A360's customers. You will deliver projects using A360's methodologies and governance practices defined by the PMO and demonstrate exemplary verbal & written communications skills with external clients at all levels including executives and CxO's. You will work closely with our clients to translate project objectives into achievable timelines while utilizing a hybrid Agile Scrum methodology and ensure the client achieves value from their Salesforce investment; understand their businesses, overall goals, objectives, pain points, areas of opportunity, the definition of success, etc. and seek a clear understanding of how success will be measured in the engagement. Typical day-to-day project activities include: - Driving project schedules - Anticipating risk and variance - Cost containment and disruption handling - Managing all project/people forecasts - Project status communications Qualifications - 2+ years of implementing software technology solutions as a Project Manager - 2+ years of Agile (or Agile/Waterfall Hybrid) experience as a project or program leader - 2+ years of experience working for a professional services or consulting firm delivering projects to external customers - Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule - Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support complex engagements - Proven history of delivering high quality results on schedule and within budget - Successfully manage and communicate with a remote distributed team - Willing to adapt to hours of work in non-traditional business hours pending project needs - Strong preference for experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably with a Salesforce partner firm or other hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Requirements - Drive projects on a hybrid agile methodology with focus on agile based release planning, user story grooming, user story estimations, sprint stand-ups & retrospectives, and release deployment - Facilitate project management functions including but not limited to client onboarding, scheduling, resource management, budget reconciliation, project margin, compliance, project hours approval & timeline - Exercise project control to efficiently manage task completion, contain scope and execute change requests as necessary, and identify and mitigate risks to the project - Guide the organization in PM best practices and mentor junior level PM’s - Create project plans and schedule, manage and update throughout the project - Manage & monitor ongoing work on user stories in a variety of applications including JIRA - Create & manage a Workforce Breakdown Structure (WBS) & resource planning/schedules - Monitor weekly/hourly project burn, track all utilization, update and manage accurate utilization, and manage capacity to keep team efficiently staffed - Create & send status update reports - Reconcile scope from SoW and requirements traceability matrix (RTM) - Serve as the primary project and escalation contact as it pertains to budget, timeline and scope management - Participate and lead recurring project management and Scrum meetings as needed with the client and the internal team(s) - Submit and review project weekly check ins - Send client feedback surveys in a timely manner and target CAST > 4.5 - Manage project risk (track RAID log) and communicate anticipated risks to project stakeholders - Communicate and manage project dependencies Additional Project Duties - Team onboarding and driving SoW review for a new project - Meeting prep (agenda, logistics, resource assignment) - Communicate action items and next steps, post meeting - Partner with project leadership to establish sprint schedules - Create sprint summary reports - Establish deployment plan (schedule, sequence) - Provide end-to-end Project Oversight - Review/complete project set up and go live checklists - Reviews and approves invoices, auditing for any rate mistakes, hours mistakes, misuse of terms, or any similar errors - Create & update project and resource forecasts - Review SOWs and Change Orders, collaborating with a Portfolio Director and Sales as appropriate - Manage and delegate work to the project team to ensure team meets all timelines - Manage conflicts with both internal and external teams and seek satisfactory resolutions - Complete project closure activities - Drive post project review
