• Manage day-to-day operations of benefits programs including enrollments, changes, and terminations. • Ensure accurate benefits records and handle discrepancies. • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws such as ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ACA, and HIPAA. • Prepare and file necessary reports and documents to maintain regulatory compliance. • Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding benefit inquiries and issues. • Educate employees about their benefits options and assist during open enrollment periods. • Manage employee questions through our ticketing system. • Partake in employee listening sessions. • Coordinate with benefits vendors to maintain accurate and timely services. • Evaluate vendor performance and work on issue resolution. • Analyze benefit programs and identify areas for improvement. • Recommend new benefits offerings that align with organizational goals and employee needs. • Prepare reports on benefits usage, costs, and trends. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits
  • Experience with benefits management systems
  • Prior experience in Professional Services ideal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
