• Responsible for building and supporting SAP Security design, redesign, strategy and global customer support • Design, test, build and run of SAP Security across all modules • Ownership of SAP Security Roles – Analyze, Build, configure • Operations – break/fix, production support, continuous enhancement activity • Manage SAP Segregation of Duties (SOD) module • Assist with SAP Internal and External Audit compliance inquiries • Resolve end-user production support security issues • Ensure compliance to security policies, procedures and IT controls • Provide on-call support as needed

• Ensure CHEP Americas operations adhere to applicable HSE regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, DOT, and Canadian regulatory requirements • Lead compliance‑related risk identification, gap assessments, and internal audit processes • Manage and support ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 audits, internal gap audits, and external Zero Harm audits • Oversee audit preparation, execution, findings documentation, and corrective‑action tracking through closure • Provide compliance oversight across approximately 20 CHEP‑owned sites and support 40+ TPM sites through the GAP audit process • Prepare clear audit reports, compliance summaries, and risk insights for leadership review • Lead and support incident investigations related to compliance findings or regulatory exposure • Maintain accurate compliance documentation and support regulatory inspections as required

• Deliver strategic objectives by leading, mentoring, and developing a team of HSE specialists • Ensure compliance with safety management systems, environmental legislation, and risk management processes • Oversee and manage all HSE reporting requirements • Engage in risk assessments to identify safety, security, business interruption and environmental risks • Act as the subject matter expert in human and organizational performance • Collaborate with operational leaders to share and implement good practices • Coach and guide managers, leaders, and safety professionals on safety leadership • Develop, execute, and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental programs • Lead high-quality investigations, root-cause analysis, learning teams, and corrective actions • Support and participate in HSE audits across U.S. sites • Facilitate engaging HSE training programs and coach both leadership teams and frontline employees • Maintain accurate, reliable HSE metrics, producing clear and actionable monthly and quarterly reports for leadership • Oversee contractor and vendor safety programs • Support the development, review, and annual validation of emergency response plans at all sites

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in assigned market sectors, driving the sales pipeline to achieve revenue growth. • Develop tailored commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals. • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, conducting regular reviews to identify additional business opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and marketing to support smooth customer onboarding and the successful execution of sales strategies. • Track and manage sales activities using CRM systems, ensuring a continuously filled and actively managed sales funnel. • Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets, customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction (NPS). • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic sales planning and identify new business opportunities. • Provide input and feedback on improving the inside sales processes and customer experience to ensure long-term success.

QUALIFICATIONS • Technology related degree and/or a minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role. EXPERIENCE • Previous data science experience applying advanced algorithms to address practical problems. • Advanced hands-on experience in Python data libraries. • Proven track record in developing machine learning models (time series, clustering, regression analysis, deep learning). • SQL experience (Ability to read/write complex SQL queries). • Worked with measures and KPIs. • Working on remote teams. • Proved experience with Project Management (manage priorities, standardization, automation, troubleshooting and long-term planning). • Experience with process automation and workload reduction. • Experience implementing data new solutions from scratch. • Experience with software development (applied to data science). • Experience with NLP and computer vision is a bonus. • Proficient using Microsoft tools: Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, Visio. • Design, implement, and support AVEVA (Wonderware) System Platform and SQL Server–based Factory Management Systems across CHEP plants worldwide. • Integrate mechanical, electrical, and controls systems to drive operational excellence. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cutting edge “Plant of the Future” initiatives. • Provide critical support that keeps our operations running seamlessly. • Provides plant support for FMS during the day, off-hours, weekends, and holidays as required. • Develop and configure AVEVA (Wonderware) System Platform, InTouch, and MS SQL Server for plant FMS systems. • Analyze business problems, develop solutions, and implement technical improvements that add value. • Enforce CHEP FMS standards with vendors and ensure rapid system implementations. • Provide ongoing plant support, including troubleshooting and debugging of FMS systems. • Manage global FMS deployments, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Lead or participate in remote and on-site support, including off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Maintain documentation and provide training to internal teams and vendors on FMS systems.
