Senior Manager – Workforce Solutions Business Development
Ryz Labs
• Identify and pursue new workforce solutions opportunities with mid-market and growing companies • Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships • Develop relationships with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and business executives • Manage full sales cycles from initial outreach through proposal and contract close • Partner with internal teams to develop workforce solutions proposals • Present Ryz Labs’ capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients • Help design tailored recruiting solutions including embedded recruiting, RPO support, and recruiting operations services • Work with recruiting leadership to define scope and pricing for client engagements • Contribute to market awareness of Ryz Labs’ workforce solutions offering • Provide insights on client needs, market demand, and competitive positioning
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of sales experience in staffing, recruiting services, or workforce solutions
- Experience selling recruiting or talent services engagements
- Proven success closing $100K–$500K services deals
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline development skills
- Experience engaging HR and talent acquisition stakeholders
