Role Description Medallion eliminates manual work by automating tedious back office processes. Underpinning our largest products are powerful internal tools, integrations, automations, and AI that dramatically impact the speed, reliability, and efficiency of these processes. You will own the strategy and development of a portfolio of Medallion’s products. This base compensation for this role may land between $160,000-$200,000. In addition to base salary, Medallion offers equity, and benefits as part of the total compensation package. Many factors are considered when determining pay including: market data, geographic location, skills, qualifications, experience, and level. Responsibilities - Ownership: Own the strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of Medallion’s customer applications - Strategy: Develop and maintain a 6-12 month roadmap with active input from customers and internal stakeholders - Execution & impact: Collaborate with engineers, designers, other PMs, and cross-functional partners to ensure the timely execution of new products and features and deliver the business outcomes driving the investment - Rollout: Work with product marketing and other internal teams to ensure the successful packaging and rollout of new capabilities - Analytics: Develop and refine frameworks for measuring key product and adoption metrics Qualifications - 5+ years in a Product Management role - Experience building products that automate manual workflows - Experience working on a product with significant cross-functional partnership including operations, GTM, and legal/regulatory Requirements - Plusses: - Experience in enterprise software product management, especially products with a services and operational component - Healthcare domain expertise and experience - Experience building and launching net new products Benefits - Equity - Comprehensive benefits package
