Role Description As a Senior Product Manager at NovoEd, you will lead the strategy and development of the Creator Platform and High-Impact Learning capabilities within our Learn+ product. Qualifications - 5+ years of product management experience building and launching enterprise SaaS products. - Experience owning products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex product challenges into clear, elegant solutions. - Experience working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver products using Agile development methodologies. - Experience building or launching AI-powered product capabilities, including those leveraging large language models. - Understanding of how to use AI to create meaningful customer value in product experiences. - Ability to utilize AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle to accelerate discovery, development, and iteration. - Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make thoughtful prioritization and roadmap decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product ideas and strategies to internal stakeholders and customers. - Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams including product marketing and sales. Senior Product Manager – Adjudication
