Qualifications - 2+ years experience at a top-tier consulting firm. - Extreme ownership, strong judgment, and low ego. - Strong program management experience in a high-performance environment. - Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills and working with data to diagnose issues and drive decisions. - Comfort using AI tools for research, analysis, synthesis, and workflow acceleration. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex topics. - Comfortable going deep in the details while staying focused on business outcomes. Benefits - The chance to work in a meaningful industry and in a fast-growing, global company on a path to changing digital healthcare. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Learning and professional growth opportunities. - The tools you need, and enjoy using. - Frequent company events and talented colleagues from around the world.
