• Drive the strategy, development, and scaling of software solutions that digitize and streamline the invoice-to-payment lifecycle. • Act as the primary liaison between internal procurement, engineering teams, and external technology partners to ensure product alignment. • Provide mentorship and direction to cross-functional teams with the expectation of formal team management as the product organization scales. • Lead the product development lifecycle for invoice processing solutions, ensuring alignment with GBS and GCC operational requirements. • Lead research initiatives to identify market requirements and analyze market trends. • Drive the strategy for wider global e-Invoicing coverage by engaging and managing partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is required ; a focus on Business, Finance, or Computer Science is preferred.
- Overall 15 years + experience; 7+ years in Product Development for B2B SaaS, specifically within Fintech , Procure-to-Pay (P2P) , or global financial operations.
- Deep understanding of Contracts , various Procurement workflows , and AP processes, including 2-way/3-way matching and global e-Invoicing standards.
- Hands-on experience working with APIs and complex data structures; ability to oversee technical mockups and clickable wireframes.
- Ability to manage a product book of business and support sales by addressing operational issues for high-value opportunities and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-vendor environments and coordinate across engineering, procurement, and executive leadership.
