We design research-backed products for major life transitions—postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, pregnancy loss—addressing clinical needs with the rigor and sophistication typically reserved for consumer tech or luxury retail. Our investors include Hearst Corporation, Morgan Stanley, and Global Founders Capital, alongside strategic backers Brooklyn Decker, Andy Roddick, and Katherine Schwarzenegger-Pratt. We've built a scaled DTC business with expanding wholesale partnerships (including national distribution at Target) and are executing a growth roadmap across channels. What makes Bodily unique as a career opportunity is the combination of early-stage strategic breadth with seasoned operational leadership. You'll work directly with executives who have built and scaled category-defining businesses: - CEO from buyout private equity Goldman Sachs and Global Infrastructure Partners, plus operating roles as CFO of Daily Harvest and head of strategy & finance for Blue Apron and Ralph Lauren Ecommerce globally - COO with 25+ years leading supply chain and operations for Gap, Thinx, and other high-growth brands - Head of Marketing who drove Gravity Blanket and HigherDose to breakout success - Advisors and board members from top-tier firms and operating backgrounds This is a rare opportunity to gain the analytical and strategic range of a growth-stage company while learning from executives with decades of experience at the highest levels of finance, operations, and brand building. THE OPPORTUNITY We're hiring a Corporate Strategy Lead to serve as a key member of our Finance & Strategy team, and strategic partner to our Founder & CEO and executive team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct access to executive decision-making. You'll work on a small, focused team, collaborating closely with the CEO and functional leaders across the organization. Build data tables and analytical frameworks that surface trends, risks, and opportunities with the precision and depth expected in institutional investing. - Cross-Functional Partnership – Work closely with leaders in marketing, supply chain, product, and finance to align on priorities and ensure analytical rigor in decision-making. Translate business questions into quantitative frameworks. - Executive Communication – Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and executive reviews.
