Role Description Transflo is seeking a talented Senior Mobile Software Developer with deep Android expertise to join our engineering team. You will be a core contributor to our Flutter-based mobile platform, delivering mission-critical applications used by trucking carriers, fleet operators, and professional drivers across North America. This is a full-stack role. You will take ownership of features from the Flutter mobile front end through our .NET backend services, working in a fast-moving agile environment where AI-assisted development is embedded into our day-to-day engineering practice. Core Areas of Responsibility: - Design, develop, and ship high-quality Flutter applications with a primary focus on Android platform behavior, performance, and native integration. - Build and maintain RESTful and event-driven .NET backend services that support mobile application features. - Leverage AI-first coding practices and tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and reduce toil. - Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to translate requirements into elegant, maintainable solutions. - Implement deep Android-specific integrations including background services, WorkManager, Bluetooth/BLE, foreground notifications, Keystore, and Google Play deployment workflows. - Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to technical roadmap planning. - Write unit and integration tests; maintain code quality through peer code reviews. - Champion performance optimization, battery efficiency, and memory management best practices across a diverse Android device ecosystem. - Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Azure Pipelines, including Google Play internal testing and distribution workflows. Qualifications - 7+ years of professional mobile development experience, with substantial Android production app experience. - 5+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart; ability to write idiomatic, performant Dart code. - Strong proficiency with Kotlin and/or Java for platform-channel integrations and Android SDK usage. - Solid .NET backend development experience (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework). - Experience with Google Play Store publishing, signing configurations, and deployment best practices. - Proficiency with state management approaches in Flutter (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or similar). - Comfort working with RESTful APIs, JSON serialization, and async programming patterns. - Demonstrated use of AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or equivalent) in a professional setting. - Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for source control, pull request workflows, and collaborative engineering practices. Requirements - Experience with mobile application development in the transportation, trucking, logistics, or supply chain industry. - Familiarity with ELD (Electronic Logging Device) regulations, FMCSA compliance, or HOS (Hours of Service) workflows. - Familiarity with the fleet telematics ecosystem, including knowledge of leading telematics providers, common data standards, and integration patterns used in commercial transportation is a strong plus. - Background in document capture, OCR, or intelligent document processing on mobile. - Knowledge of offline-first mobile architecture and data synchronization patterns.

This role is accountable for infrastructure reliability, identity governance, SLA performance, and end-user service delivery across cloud, data center, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate has experience scaling NOC and Helpdesk teams in high-growth environments, building resilient identity architecture, and driving measurable operational improvement.   Key Responsibilities Global NOC & Operations Lead a global NOC responsible for continuous monitoring of network, cloud, data center, and identity systems. Own uptime and SLA performance (99.9%+ availability) for critical services. Establish alerting, escalation, and Major Incident Management processes. Reduce MTTR through automation, runbooks, and post-incident reviews. Active Directory & Identity Operations Own enterprise Active Directory architecture including forest/domain design, OU structure, replication, site design, and trusts.
