Senior Solutions Architect

Iron Mountain

• Lead high-value technical engagements with customers and partners, focusing on complex or multi-solution opportunities. • Design reference architectures, integration patterns, and solution blueprints tailored to industry use cases (FSI, Retail, Healthcare). • Oversee advanced Proofs of Concept (POCs) that validate solution viability and scalability. • Mentor Sales Engineers and DTEs on technical storytelling, solution demos, and customer-facing technical workshops. • Collaborate with, and lead broader teams to create deliverables with excellence while working within ambitious timelines.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting roles.
  • Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise digital transformation solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with Hyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs, or partner ecosystems on co-sell initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
