We’re looking for a QA Analyst who cares about quality as much as we do. Someone who takes pride in breaking things so our users never have to. In this role, you’ll be testing high-performance, scalable web applications that are used in real-world, high-demand environments. Reporting to the QA Manager, you’ll take ownership of validating new features, hunting down bugs, and ensuring every release meets a high standard. You won’t be working in a silo. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering to embed quality across the entire SDLC, and partner with Product to shape requirements, improve consistency, and elevate the overall user experience. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving Agile team where your input genuinely influences the product. We’re also investing in the future of QA, giving you the chance to work with emerging technologies like AI and automation to improve how we test and deliver software. If you’re someone who’s detail-driven, curious, and always looking for smarter ways to test and improve systems, you’ll fit right in · 3+ years of experience Manual testing in software development of large, web-based software. · 3+ years of experience using Scrum and/or other Agile frameworks. · A strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle in Agile Environments. · Experience writing test cases, designing test plans, and with test automation. · Experience planning, designing and executing regression tests. · Experience with Azure DevOps. · Experience working in cross-collaborative environments with stakeholders such as Product, Professional Services, senior leadership and clients. · Experience in Student Information Systems, Ed-Tech or Education processes. · Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into effective test plans. · Experience reporting defects, writing supporting documentation, and reporting findings. · Ability to prioritize and manage testing tasks effectively within a defined timeframe. · Experience in testing and utilizing AI for Quality Assurance. · Experience with automation (Playwright and Typescript) is a bonus. · Execute manual testing of new features, as well as resolved defects · Maintain and Design new test cases · Plan and execute the regression cycle prior to each release · Analyze requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to help refine and elaborate features · Expertly report and document defects, work collaboratively with Development on solutions · Actively participate in Refinement, Grooming and Planning sessions Why work for us? As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, leading discovery sessions, product demos, and executive briefings that align tech solutions with institutional priorities. Whether you're migrating an existing customer or winning over a new one, your work will drive real change for the people behind the campus experience. - 5+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting role (preferably in Higher Ed SaaS) - Understanding of IT infrastructure, system architecture, and integration frameworks - Comfort with tools like SQL, APIs, and cloud-based platforms - Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, relatable way - Strong project planning and presentation skills - Working knowledge of departmental operations across Financial Aid, Registrar, Student Services, and IT -able to connect technology solutions to real-world institutional workflows - Familiarity with the student information system (SIS) landscape a big plus What You’ll Be Doing - Leading tailored discovery sessions, technical presentations, and engaging product demos - Translating client needs into smart, scalable solutions using our Elements platform - Guiding institutions through the full pre-sales lifecycle (from initial scoping to board-level presentations) - Partnering with implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to delivery - Delivering accurate implementation timelines and technical roadmaps - Contributing to customer satisfaction and advocacy through meaningful engagements - Representing Thesis at industry events and conferences, supporting our continued growth and thought leadership Benefits We are a remote first organization which naturally comes with a fantastic work/life balance.
