Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Finance; and MBA strongly preferred
- 5–9 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth VC-backed companies
- Strong exposure to board-level reporting and investor expectations
- Deep understanding of 3-statement modeling
- Experience building financial structure inside growing organizations
- Able to operate independently with minimal instruction
- Strong communicator who can translate complexity into clarity
- High ownership mindset and comfort working in a demanding, high-accountability environment
- West Coast time-zone preferred.
