*REMOTE* RESPONSIBILITIES • Run weekly reports/ad hoc (HQ Budget) • Troubleshooting • create job descriptions and templates to support the application • Prepare job aides and define site management roles for Jetdocs • Work on enhancements with Andrew (Jetdocs External Team) • Changes / Reconfiguration to job templates • Creation of new requested job templates by various groups • KPI Adherence (close out tickets > 60 days open • Administration of full JETDOCS Pro Application & all day-to-day requests and activities • Template Owners as needed (email/teams) • All change requests to workflows need to be approved/confirmed by template owners • Workflow groups to move tickets along (as needed) • Offer ad-hoc assistance for complex issues post-transition • Review and refine processes based on feedback from HRIS and end-users. • Maintain open communication for continuous improvement. DELIVERABLES & Due dates Documents detailing: 1. Administration of JETDOCS PRO Application 2. Provide day-to-day support of the JETDOCS Workflow application across USERS 3. Communicate ownership changes to all stakeholders (Templates, Jetdocs, leadership) 4. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LMS Administrator to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) learning management system.
