As a Data Masking Specialist, you'll play an important role in securing data by masking sensitive information to support the company’s technological road map. You will be working closely with other DBAs, Data Architects, Developers and Analysts. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze end-to-end and identify sensitive information (PII/SPI, PHI), using data discovery tool - Perform Data Masking activity to mask sensitive data in Oracle, SQL server, PostgreSQL and flat files - Knowledgeable with the data privacy regulations and compliances (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOC) - Design and development process will be using leading 3rd party solutions including IBM Optim detailed solutions for database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB) - Map sensitive data elements with proper data masking algorithms - Identify, develop and deploy TDM/Data Masking reusable components as appropriate Basic Qualifications for Consideration: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or another related field. Job Requirements

BRGs are open to all. Base Salary Range $125,400.00 - $181,875.00 The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
