Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Proven ability to elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements from diverse business stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, administrators, operations). This includes experience with user stories, use cases, process flows, and BRDs.Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with and manage expectations of various stakeholders at all levels.Process Mapping & Optimization: Experience analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.Data Analysis & Reporting Needs: Ability to understand and document data requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs for various business units.Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and critically evaluate options.Communication & Documentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for creating clear and concise documentation, presentations, and leading workshops.Facilitation Skills: Ability to lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions effectively.
