Regional Sales Manager

Holganix

• Lead our sales unit and growth strategy across the Southern Missouri market. • Develop high-performing salespeople, coach through leading indicators, and serve as the trusted face of Holganix at grower meetings. • Create conditions for thriving, not just closing. • Conduct weekly 1:1s to develop rep skills, mindset, and territory strategies. • Run weekly Hive meetings (pipeline reviews, metrics, rituals). • Own the Hive dashboard and lead indicators (soil tests, demos, grower meetings). • Design rituals, recognition systems, and storytelling practices. • Present and close at key grower meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in agricultural sales or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably managing a sales team across regions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the agricultural market, crop cycles, rural customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • People Management: Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and manage regional sales teams.
  • Territory Management: Experience in managing large geographic territories and rural outreach.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional/local languages.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to use CRM tools and interpret sales reports, KPIs, and market trends.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong focus on building relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. High integrity and ethical standards.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Valid US drivers license
