• Deliver marketing generated sales presentations over the computer using screen-sharing technology • Develop relationships with prospective First Time Buyers by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads • Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential First Time Buyer • Follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner efficiently • Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued First Time Buyer satisfaction and to develop future business opportunities • Answer First Time Buyer questions regarding use of properties and location amenities • Follow up on referrals/leads from First Time Buyers • Monitor satisfaction, make aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities • Establish trust with the prospective First Time Buyer throughout the entire sales process
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Private Office in the home for work and computer equipment
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in computer skills, specifically in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel and Team
- Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law
- Preferred: Two years plus related face to face timeshare sales experience
- Experience in virtual sales methodology

West Coast - Inside Strategic Cuisines Account Executive - Spanish

This is a fully remote bilingual Spanish inside sales opportunity based out of a personal home office. Toast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love. A Strategic Cuisines Account Executive is responsible for supporting our new business acquisition efforts within Spanish cuisines. This role will be tasked with converting existing inbound demand and uncovering new demand via referrals from our broader sales organization. The AE will deliver a catered experience to our customers within markets who may have otherwise run into language barriers, and will have goals based on the quality of the experiences they provide and how effectively they convert demand into new customers. The AE must be able to determine how restaurants can benefit from leveraging Toast’s end to end digital platform, demonstrate how the product works better together, and ultimately show how their restaurant will run better using Toast. Daily activities will consist of calls, emails, demonstrations of the Toast product, reviewing quotes and sending contracts in the preferred language.
