Account Manager

Samsung Electronics

• Manage and grow sales across assigned independent dealers and regional retail partners throughout the Bay Area. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for both Samsung and Dacor product lines, emphasizing profitability and market share expansion. • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at dealer and distributor levels, including owners, buyers, and sales associates. • Ensure full implementation of promotional programs, new model launches, and display initiatives across all retail partners. • Drive sell-through and showroom presence for Dacor appliances; coordinate with design studios, builders, and premium appliance dealers. • Conduct regular in-store product trainings, both group and one-on-one, to strengthen sales associates’ product knowledge and advocacy for the brands. • Monitor competitive activity, dealer inventory, pricing trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and leadership reporting. • Partner with internal marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure flawless program execution and alignment with corporate goals.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of field sales or account management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, appliances, or luxury goods.
  • Experience working with independent retailers and distributors strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally.
