• Support rolling forecasts and monthly financial close materials • Utilize planning software and other reporting tools to support leadership • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools the broader team can leverage • Perform variance analysis on key budget drivers • Leverage AI and automation to create efficiencies in reporting and analysis • Collaberate with leadership on compensation, budgeting, and forecasting • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy • Own balance sheet account reconciliations • Support month-end close activities in collaboration with the accounting team • Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting to senior leadership • Partner with team members on AP, AR, and payroll-adjacent tasks as needed • Participate in management calls and cross-functional collaboration • Identify process improvement opportunities and bring solutions to the table • Opportunity to take on a supervisory role with our nearshore accounting team over time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, with exposure to financial analysis or FP&A
- Strong proficiency in GL reconciliations, month-end close, and variance analysis
- Comfortable building reports, dashboards, and tools from scratch
- Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage) and Forecasting software a strong plus
- Background in both public accounting and industry
- Enthusiasm for using AI tools to drive efficiency

Summary The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a critical leadership role in advancing the company’s financial strategy, reporting, and operational excellence.
