Growth Generalist
Hotel Engine
• Growth Ops: Build and manage automated systems for marketing request intake and creative production, reducing bottlenecks and increasing team throughput. • AI Tooling Development: Work with Gemini and Claude to build custom tools and automations that enhance the Growth team's capabilities—from content generation to data analysis to campaign optimization. • Campaign Execution: Own run-rate growth campaigns including direct mail, email sequences, and other channels that drive consistent pipeline and activation. • Product Launch Operations: Quarterback new product launches by coordinating timelines, aligning stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Sales), and ensuring all growth tactics deploy on schedule. • Project Management: Track progress across dozens of concurrent growth initiatives, holding team members accountable to deadlines while identifying and removing blockers. • Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual work, streamline workflows, and increase team efficiency through better systems and tools. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Product, Analytics, and Sales to ensure growth initiatives have the resources and coordination needed to succeed.
Job Requirements
- Organized Operator: 3-5 years in growth, marketing operations, consulting, or project management roles. You're known for keeping complex projects on track and holding others accountable.
- Automation Mindset: Strong technical fluency with a bias toward building systems that scale. Comfortable working with AI tools, no-code platforms, and APIs to solve problems.
- Creative Problem-Solver: You find non-obvious solutions and aren't afraid to experiment with unconventional tactics to move metrics.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Linear), marketing automation platforms, and data tools. Bonus for AI tool experience (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex information and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Self-Starter: High agency and initiative. You see what needs to happen and make it happen without waiting for direction.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace companies, Background in growth or performance marketing teams, Technical skills (light coding, SQL, API integrations), Experience with Webflow, Customer.io, or Amplitude.
