M9 Solutions is seeking an iManage Consultant/MSP Project Engineer to work remotely for a client located in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities - Lead iManage implementation projects from inception to completion for diverse clients, including the implementation of new iManage systems, migration of documents from other systems, and iManage cloud-to-cloud migrations. - Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored implementation strategies. - Provide expert consultation on best practices for document management and workflow optimization using iManage. - Configure and customize iManage solutions to meet specific client requirements. - Collaborate with clients' IT teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during the implementation process. - Create detailed project documentation, including requirements, configurations, and training materials. - Act as a liaison between clients and iManage support teams when necessary. - Stay updated on iManage product developments and industry trends.
