• Serve as a primary Workday HCM administrator for compensation and benefits modules • Own and manage relationships with global benefits brokers and insurance carriers • Lead annual benefits renewal negotiations globally • Conduct internal pay equity reviews and analyses • Translate compensation and benefits data into compelling insights
Job Requirements
- A minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and/or total rewards
- Strong hands-on Workday HCM experience required
- Experience with Payscale (or similar compensation benchmarking tools)
- Demonstrated experience managing benefits broker and vendor relationships
- Working knowledge of compensation and benefits compliance
- Advanced Excel skills

• Execute regular audits and "spot checks" across different processes like annual review cycle.
