Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
  • Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and Python; experience with back-end integrations.
  • Front-End Design: HTML and CSS
  • Back-End Development: server-side applications and data manipulation.
