Position Overview This role manages top-tier accounts with significant strategic importance. This role influences client strategy, drives long-term value, and contributes to organizational growth through thought leadership and deep client engagement. What You’ll Do: - Own relationships with top-tier clients or partners. - Lead relationships with enterprise-level clients, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals. - Shape strategic direction for accounts, including multi-year planning and innovation initiatives. - Influence client decision-making through data-driven insights and industry expertise. - Partner with internal leadership to align product development and service delivery with client needs. - Lead contract negotiations and manage complex stakeholder dynamics. - Develop and implement account management best practices. - Oversee portfolio performance and ensure revenue targets are met. - Collaborate with sales leadership on strategic initiatives. - Handle escalated client issues and negotiate major contracts. - Mentor junior account managers and share best practices. Presents own work to members of department and external consultants and external professional conferences, Collaborates externally - Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to navigate complex organizational structures. - Proven track record of managing high-impact accounts and influencing client strategy. - Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client business models. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in complex environments. Role Overview Argano is seeking a Cloud Presales Architect with strong expertise in AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support strategic sales pursuits and solution development. This role will partner closely with sales, delivery, and clients to design compelling cloud solutions that address complex business challenges and enable digital transformation. The ideal candidate combines deep cloud architecture knowledge with strong client-facing presales experience, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
