• Develop and implement a comprehensive Key Account strategy • Serve as the primary relationship owner for Key Account channel partner • Develop annual joint business plans (JBP) • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) • Negotiate pricing, rebates, MDF/co-op funds, and incentive programs • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, promotions, and events • Expand channel rep mindshare coverage • Analyze POS/sell-through, category trends, and competitive moves • Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate key account performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Seven (7) years of experience in sales, channel management, distribution strategy, or related roles
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in a private, public, government or military environment
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution (additional qualification)
- Strong understanding of various distribution models and channel dynamics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience negotiating and managing complex contracts

• Manage and grow sales across assigned independent dealers and regional retail partners throughout the Bay Area. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for both Samsung and Dacor product lines, emphasizing profitability and market share expansion. • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at dealer and distributor levels, including owners, buyers, and sales associates. • Ensure full implementation of promotional programs, new model launches, and display initiatives across all retail partners. • Drive sell-through and showroom presence for Dacor appliances; coordinate with design studios, builders, and premium appliance dealers. • Conduct regular in-store product trainings, both group and one-on-one, to strengthen sales associates’ product knowledge and advocacy for the brands. • Monitor competitive activity, dealer inventory, pricing trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and leadership reporting. • Partner with internal marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure flawless program execution and alignment with corporate goals.
