• Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements for Momentum Financials enhancements, integrations, and production support activities • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements • Document current-state and future-state business processes, including process flows, gap analyses, and recommendations for improvement • Collaborate with government to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly • Support system configuration, testing, validation activities, and execution support • Experience supporting Momentum enhancements and defect tracking and fixes • Perform impact analyses for proposed system changes, releases, and patches • Troubleshoot Momentum production issues by analyzing system behavior, reviewing data, and coordinating with technical teams to identify root causes and recommend solutions • Ensure deliverables comply with project standards, governance processes, and documentation requirements • Provide status updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders • Contribute to continuous process improvement and help identify opportunities to optimize Momentum functionality and reporting • Able to lead teams and engage with Stakeholders
Job Requirements
- US citizen with ability to pass a Tier 2 MBI background investigation upon hire
- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting Momentum Financials implementations/operations
- 8+ years of experience working with the Momentum Financials front-end, preferably database
- Knowledge of federal financials processes such as general ledger, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems
- Able to work efficiently and effectively, handling multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
