• Own and grow Nucs AI’s portfolio of strategic partnerships with hospitals, academic medical centers, pharmaceutical companies, and imaging networks • Serve as the face of Nucs AI in partner relationships—embodying the company’s mission, values, and clinical credibility in every interaction • Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive clinical data access, product adoption, co-development opportunities, and revenue • Negotiate partnership agreements, data access arrangements, and collaboration frameworks in coordination with legal and medical teams • Take ownership of externally-facing projects and customer engagements—ensuring deliverables, timelines, and expectations are met or exceeded • Track partnership health metrics, project milestones, and deliverables; proactively identify and resolve risks before they become issues • Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to inform product roadmap, clinical strategy, and competitive positioning

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or senior account management in the medical imaging, theranostics, medical AI, nuclear medicine, or oncology space
  • An exceptional networker with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-trust relationships with C-suite executives, clinical leaders, and institutional decision-makers
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder external projects from inception through delivery—on time, on scope, and to a high standard
  • Elite communication and presentation skills; you represent a company with polish, authenticity, and authority in any room
  • Strong commercial acumen; experience guiding partnership and go-to-market strategy at an early-stage or growth-stage company
  • A builder’s mindset—comfortable creating processes, playbooks, and systems from scratch in a fast-moving environment
  • Deeply collaborative with zero ego; your success is measured by what the company achieves through the relationships you build, not by personal attribution
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, life sciences, or related field

Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role is accountable for defining and maintaining clear systems of record, ensuring high-quality data flows between systems, and aligning business processes across all departments (Finance, HR, Customer Support, Customer Success, Technology, Product, Sales etc.). This role is also responsible for translating the company’s AI adoption strategy into practical system, process, and workflow execution. The Head of Business Systems ensures systems enable the business rather than constrain it. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING In this role, you will be accountable for… - Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams & Information Architecture - Define standards for document storage, approvals, and collaboration across Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive - Ensure critical business artifacts (contracts, approvals, policies) are consistently linked to systems of record - Outline and proliferate company wide standards for communication to improve efficiency and productivity - Reduce reliance on undocumented decisions, shadow files, and tribal knowledge Business Systems Architecture & Strategy - Own the end-to-end architecture of Actionstep’s enterprise systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Zone Billing, Zendesk, Planhat, Ramp, and Microsoft 365 - Define and document systems of record for all major data domains (e.g. Customer, Contract, Subscription, Revenue, Spend, Vendor) - Ensure systems configuration and integrations align with agreed global business processes - Establish a multi-year enterprise systems roadmap aligned with business strategy - Maintain real-time documentation of company-wide standards - Embed AI‑native principles into enterprise system design to ensure new tools, integrations, and workflows can leverage AI efficiently and safely. - Translate AI adoption priorities set by the CFO, VP of Finance, CTO, and other leaders into system and workflow execution across the enterprise. - Partner with Finance, RevOps, Technology, and Product to implement AI capabilities that enhance operational scalability and reduce manual work.
