Role Description We are seeking a National Account Manager, Amazon to lead SharkNinja’s Amazon US business at a national scale, owning the strategic, commercial, and operational performance of one of our most critical retail partnerships. This role is accountable for driving topline growth, profitability, and market share through best-in-class execution of SharkNinja’s “Amazon Obsessed with Winning” strategy, while serving as the day-to-day owner of our Amazon Vendor relationship. The National Account Manager will operate as the general manager of the Amazon account, with ownership of promotional, pricing and assortment strategy, with shared responsibility of forecasting and profitability management. Success in this role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, advanced Amazon expertise, and the ability to translate data and insights into decisive commercial action. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Account Leadership - Own the national Amazon account strategy, translating SharkNinja’s enterprise goals into executable annual, quarterly, and weekly plans that deliver sustained growth and share gains. - Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon Vendor Manager, building trusted partnerships that influence category strategy, joint business planning, and long-term growth initiatives. - Lead regular executive-level business reviews with Amazon. - Commercial & Financial Ownership - Manage the financial health of the Amazon business, including trade investment, profitability analysis, and margin optimization. - Lead advanced pricing, promotion, and funding strategies across a complex national assortment to maximize revenue, margin, and competitive position. - Partner closely with Strategic Sales to drive successful promotional strategies. - Performance & Growth Acceleration - Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance management across traffic, conversion, organic ranking, and sales velocity. - Identify and unlock growth opportunities through assortment optimization, new item launches, lifecycle management, and whitespace analysis. - Monitor competitive dynamics, category trends, and consumer behavior to proactively mitigate risk and capitalize on market opportunities. - Cross-Functional Leadership - Act as the connective tissue across sales strategy, performance marketing, content, operations, supply chain, demand planning, data & analytics, and product teams to ensure flawless execution at scale. - Collaborate with Amazon Sales Operations and Demand Generation teams to ensure forecast accuracy, inventory health, and align on content strategies and media allocations. - Executional Excellence - Ensure best-in-class execution of Amazon retail fundamentals including availability, content quality, and promotions. - Leverage data and reporting tools to track KPIs, diagnose performance drivers, and inform strategic decision-making. - Champion continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies, automation opportunities, and scalable best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. - 7+ years of progressive experience in ecommerce sales, national account management, or commercial leadership, with deep Amazon Vendor or Seller Central expertise. - Proven success managing a large-scale, complex Amazon business with ownership of strategy, financials, and execution. - Demonstrated ability to build and lead sophisticated 4P strategies (product, price, promotion, placement) across broad assortments. - Advanced proficiency in Amazon tools and reporting, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven performance analysis.
